Simon has worked with Enterprise technologies for over 20 years. He began in SAP implementations as a Basis consultant before moving into performance tuning and optimization. He founded Experior in 2002 with the goal of challenging the 'usual ways' of testing to find innovative and faster ways of delivering successful business transformation programmes. Acquired by Qualitest in 2017, Simon has been utilizing Qualitest’s scale and offerings to successfully establish their Global Enterprise Practice.

Kenny Small – VP SAP and Enterprise, Qualitest

Kenny has worked in software development and quality assurance for over 10 years and currently leads the Qualitest Enterprise practice in the US, partnering with senior client stakeholders at numerous Fortune 500 clients to support global Enterprise transformation. Starting his career at the UK’s largest pharmaceutical company Kenny was part of the original team to build and deploy a European supply chain enterprise solution. Kenny went into consultancy early in his career and works with clients at all levels to build QA competencies and departments with the objective of ensuring excellent delivery whilst using an array of methodologies, techniques and processes to mitigate business and technical risk.

Hardik Parekh – AVP - Delivery, Qualitest

Hardik helps clients’ drive Agile-DevOps transformation, and build high-performing globally distributed teams. He is a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) who leads all levels of an organization through a Lean-Agile transformation at scale by training, coaching, facilitating, and mentoring.
In his current role as Associate Vice President, Hardik oversees Professional Services Delivery Management in US, UK, Romania and India. He is currently leading a team of about 130+ people, spread across five different time zones.
