Ron, former CEO of AlgoTrace, is an expert in machine learning, BI and statistical analysis with vast experience and an M.A in Statistics. Qualitest acquired AlgoTrace in December 2019 in order to radically expand its AI-powered testing solutions.
Prior to starting his company, Ron led machine learning teams and products for international companies like Motorola and Incredimail (now: Perion) and Plarium. He focuses on product creation, team management, and R programming. His approach to data analysis focused on completing ML circle concept: planning the infrastructure, tools implementation, creating reports/KPIs and analysis based upon data outcomes.
Daniel has been working in software development and quality assurance for over 10 years and currently leads delivery of our AI-powered Qualisense projects. He has an MSci in Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence alongside deep experience in open-source and commercial development and testing in a variety of methodologies and delivery styles. He has managed the delivery of projects for a range of clients across US, UK & EMEA. He liaises with clients at all levels from engineering to executives, providing tooling, technique & process consultancy and solution architecture to some of software’s most challenging problems across industries
Hardik helps clients’ drive Agile-DevOps transformation, and build high-performing globally distributed teams. He is a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) who leads all levels of an organization through a Lean-Agile transformation at scale by training, coaching, facilitating, and mentoring.In his current role as Associate Vice President, Hardik oversees Professional Services Delivery Management in US, UK, Romania and India. He is currently leading a team of about 130+ people, spread across five different time zones.
