Leandro is a performance testing manager at Qualitest group providing testing and consulting services to worldwide companies. He has over 20 years of experience in IT and ~10 in the performance testing practice where he served multiple S&P500 customers all over the USA, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, India, Austria, etc. Author of the popular performance testing blog Señor Performo (www.srperf.com) where he curates a diverse set of learning material for performance testers and engineers. He is the producer and host of the Spanish language version of the PerfBytes podcast and the Señor Performo learning YouTube channels.

 
Wesley Leffel

Wesley Leffel – Senior Product Manager, Tricentis

Wesley Leffel is a Senior Product Manager at Tricentis. In his 14 years of SAP experience leading up to Joining Tricentis, it’s Wes’ passion for making things better, challenging the status quo and driving change that sets him apart from others. He has a proven track record of establishing radically different approaches on how SAP delivery teams could work, establishing Enterprise Architecture roadmaps, providing Governance and Oversight and providing Stakeholder management. In his current role as Associate Vice President, Hardik oversees Professional Services Delivery Management in US, UK, Romania and India. He is currently leading a team of about 130+ people, spread across five different time zones.
