With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Scott Swanigan is an expert in managing testing within the Utilities sector. He took his first step into quality engineering in 1995 at Duke Engineering & Services. Scott has since been the System Integration Project Manager for several large-scale, multi-million dollar implementations including fiber networks, OMS/DMS and SCADA. He has also served in a Quality Management capacity for Mobile Dispatch and ADMS systems. Today, he continues to direct projects while providing solution-focused sales support.
He is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and received his MBA from Devry University.
