He is a founding member of the International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB), the TMMi Foundation, and the UK Testing Board and is the immediate Vice President of the ISTQB and Chairman of the UK Testing Board.
He co-authored the BCS book Software Testing - An ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Guide and is a recognized international speaker, keynoting in many conferences, and was the chair of EuroSTAR in 2011.

With several years of crowdtesting experience, Carl works with a wide variety of clients, from concept to delivery, advising the best ways to test based on their specific UX & QA goals and roadmaps.

He is a SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) who leads all levels of an organization through a Lean-Agile transformation at scale by training, coaching, facilitating, and mentoring.In his current role as Associate Vice President, Hardik oversees Professional Services Delivery Management in US, UK, Romania and India. He is currently leading a team of about 130+ people, spread across five different time zones.
